The Firm’s Legal Director, Dwane, brings over 25 years of experience as a highly regarded Property, Commercial, and Sports Lawyer. He acts for developers across a broad spectrum of residential and commercial projects, including land subdivisions and community title schemes.
In the sports law arena, Dwane represents some of the country’s highest-profile athletes and national teams. He is also a certified NFL Agent, providing strategic legal and career guidance to elite professional athletes.
Conor MacNamara – Solicitor
Conor is a lawyer experienced in commercial and sports law. Having gained valuable international experience at Real Madrid C.F. as an intern and a boutique sports law firm in Switzerland. Conor is well versed in the legal complexities faced in modern sports business. Conor’s expertise includes commercial agreements, governance, integrity and compliance.
Conor also has a banking and financial services background having worked in-house for a large Queensland based non-bank lender. Prior to commencing his legal pursuits Conor started his professional career as a Mortgage Broker whilst completing his university studies. His combined experience allows Conor to provide commercial, tailored legal solutions with the objective of achieving exceptional client outcomes.
Nicole Goodwin – Paralegal / Conveyancer
Nicole is an experienced and highly skilled conveyancing paralegal with over 20 years of expertise in residential and commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on off-the-plan contracts. She is adept at managing the unique complexities and timelines associated with these transactions, including contract review, compliance checks, disclosure requirements, and liaising with developers, buyers, and solicitors. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage high volumes of files while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Nicole is committed to delivering smooth, timely, and compliant settlements, while providing clear, professional support to clients throughout the entire conveyancing process.
Outside of work, Nicole is an avid cricket lover and a proud mum to three energetic boys, which has further honed her multitasking skills, patience, and sense of humour.
